We offer super fun, nutrition and cooking classes, camps, and birthday parties for ages 2-13. Our classes follow the Healthy Hands curriculum that are all pediatrician approved and follow the MyPlate.gov education guidelines. Our goal is to join the fight against childhood obesity. With over 25 million kids that are obese in the U.S. this may be the first generation to not out live their parents. Our solution is to empower kids to learn and prepare yummy meals and snacks for themselves and the whole family. All of the classes will inspire your young chef to make nourishing choices as well as learn an important life skill in a creative and fun way. Certified Healthy Hands Instructor Tracy Mohr is passionate about teaching kids to LOVE their fruits and veggies and avoid the drive through dinner table.
